Guardian Care is a premiere interventional pain practice founded in 2007 to address the growing crisis of qualified interventional medical care in the Greater New Orleans area. Our mission is to provide the highest level of ethical and compassionate interventional pain care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain. Dedicated to the precise diagnosis and personalized care in the delivery of pain treatment, Guardian Care’s specific area of expertise is providing the full spectrum of pain treatment techniques designed to the timely and safe return of each patient to the best possible quality of life.
Guardian Care Treats Pain Differently
Interventional Pain Medicine is one of the fastest growing medical fields that utilizes a variety of procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and physical therapy to treat painful disorders and injuries. Our interventional pain physicians are board certified in interventional radiology, anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation with subspecialty training in pain medicine.
Guardian Care is a proud member of the American Pain Society, a multi-disciplinary community that brings together a diverse group of scientists, clinicians, and other professionals to increase the knowledge of pain and transform public policy and clinical practice to reduce pain-related suffering.

Guardian Care is a specialized medical practice. Our patients are thought of as people, not numbers. We take each case seriously, striving each day to patiently listen, precisely diagnose, and safely and effectively treat every patient’s pain.
Our doctors are highly regarded for theirs advanced training and expertise in the field of pain management, including non-operative and surgical interventional care. Our goal for each patient is to identify and effectively address the underlying source of a patients’ pain.
